@JeromeAdamsMD I had a 5yo, 12lb dog eat 1.5lbs of pork fat last summer. Put her on antibiotics and a chicken and rice diet for a week. She was okay. If your dog is a senior, then take her to the vet tomorrow. No need for emergency vet, pancreatitis takes a few days to set in.

@JeromeAdamsMD It can be very bad yes, but if you have a good relationship with your vet, you may be able to ask them to call in an antibiotic for you. If it’s only been within a few hours, some charcoal to induce vomiting, and then the antibiotic. Watch for signs of pancreatitis.

@cleanmamablog Do you have any advice for the lingering dog hair after you wipe down the toilets and sinks? I can’t seem to actually rid the bathroom of it no matter what I try. They are not allowed in the bathrooms.
