With @SoInEduCtr coaching practicum cohort today. A mid-year focus on conversations & role play using dialogic cards. Advisors practiced as themselves, & others role-played as elementary & middle grade students… testing questions, listening deeply, placing human at the center.

Our goal is to place students in classrooms as a WBL experience to encourage persistence in the teacher education pipeline.

Last night, our first student was hired at @BEBluejackets!
