@DuncanGilm41333 @RevRichardColes @emirates @British_Airways My husband, daughter and I were upgraded on a flight from NY with Britisg Airways last year. Economy was overbooked, we got to the airport early and were lucky. We were also polite and friendly and didn't ask to be upgraded.
