@TinTent I have Silentnight SIMS which are very reasonable and super comfy. As for tents I’d always opt for a Vango as they’re my favourite but I’m sure many others may be able to offer further insight
@13JulesH Yes I felt for some of the families very sad as some had no choice but to go home. I’m glad we didn’t risk setting up our tent is big and would’ve taken off like a parachute
A safe arrival yesterday followed by many hours sat in the van waiting for storm Antonie to pass. So many beautiful tents ripped apart so we decided not to pitch instead opting for a emergency lodge the site had. Today was stark contrast & we’re now pitched but so much mud! 😩
Any VDubb gurus out there? Our air con is not working, everything is running as it should it’s just not getting cold. After market condensing unit fitted pre-sale to us (my thoughts) holding gas & no leaks. Don’t want to throw a few hundred after a new condenser if it’s not that
@13JulesH All good thanks, getting ready for the annual camping trip to Cornwall. Smallest broke his arm in May which meant two lots of surgery but all quiet other than that thankfully 🙏🏻
@GailMcoops Absolutely fine, been busy and apart from youngest breaking his arm in epic style which required two surgeries it’s been mostly uneventful 😘
