@lastminute_com can you please explain why I am still having to chance 25% of my refund every few weeks? This has been ongoing since April. I was told on 19th November there had been an error made and I would receive details of my refund within 7 days. I am still chasing.

@channel5_tv Helen Skelton just advised young viewers of 'Winter on the Farm' that chopping wood with an axe was a task reserved for a 'man adult'... As a 'woman adult' am I incapable of chopping wood? What an awful message to send to children.

@McDonald's I have just been to two local branches in search of my first ever McPlant, only to learn that neither serve them. Not to mention the customer service was seriously shit. When will these be in every branch nationwide? Yours, seriously miffed and starving
