if you ever consider ordering from @TheRangeUK and something happens to go wrong, just be aware, NO ONE works in their customer service department. I’ve been calling everyday and been on hold for HOURS everyday. Can’t get through to anyone. Disgusting.

Day 4 trying to get through to someone @TheRangeUK. Absolutely impossible!!!!! It’s actually so frustrating!! I’ve sent emails and called everyday being on hold for an hour each time!! 🤬🤬🤬
@DHLParcelUK are just as bad!! No humans there either!!!!!

Day 3 of trying to get through to @TheRangeUK to find out where my missing garden table is. Seeing as @DHLParcelUK keep telling me it’s out for delivery for the 3rd day running and not turned up. & they are impossible to get hold of too!!
