@mandalorian53 It is sad, that, in 2024, disparity in gender equity (not equality) is still an issue. Just because it didn’t happen in your world doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen, I have faced gender discrimination. It’s still possible to be successful but it shouldn’t be so hard.
