And by clean, I mean take the wand apart clean with the pin etc. We do wipe the wand down after each drink. I also run the steam function as an extra.

@NespressoUK Hi, I bought 2 Nespresso Sage Creatista Plus machines about a year ago. 1 for myself and 1 for my in-laws. We both regularly have issues with the milk either not getting hot enough/not frothing. I’ve realised if I clean it before each drink it’s fine, which is crazy?

@VeryHelpers Hi, I returned an order and the shorts my husband thought would fit are too small, so I’d like to return them. I don’t have the order form as it was sent back with the other items. I do have a page from the order without this item on. Will I still be able to return?

Not to worry, I logged in on my browser and my original slot was available to book. Not sure why the app said none were available!

@Tesco your app crashed during my checkout process and now my slot expired, by a minute 😤 it’s now no longer available for tomorrow and is only showing Monday collections. Surely no one booked my slot within a minute of it expiring?
