That moment when you realize that Wordle is an open middle problem. The beginning and ending are closed because everyone starts with the same problem and ends with the same answer. What's open is the middle because there are so many ways to solve it.
I am happy to announce that a supplement to Building #thinkingclassroom will be out September 1. In it I look at 12 different settings including teaching online, hybrid, in-person with social distancing, one-on-one, supporting unfinished learning, etc.
