Young historians are in role as archaeologists today, excavating coprolites - aka old poo! They are trying to work out which era theirs comes from by dissecting and researching the food eaten. #younghistorians@teachercmorris@StThomasBoston
Young historians were excited by our artefact today - a 400 year old cannonball. We were amazed to discover it was found in Ancaster, only 20 miles away. Following the line of enquiry, we found that during the Civil War there had actually been a battle locally. @StThomasBoston
