@ChapterChatNZ Because Windy was onto her because she was counting Halloween candy and Lucy felt guilty that she hadn't told her when she had already told Levi. Lucy didn't know how else to explain why she was counting. It went pretty well.

@ChapterChatNZ She had to try because she didn't want to disappoint her Nana. She wanted to prove that she was smart. She wanted to feel normal so she tried her best because all the other kids were smart, she would fit in.

@ChapterChatNZ Sarah was the only one who knew Ross could lose his vision. Jimmy overheard her talking about it to her friends at the lockers. It was a surprise to Ross as he thought she was nice and kind.

@ChapterChatNZ His eyesight is going blurry. He felt like his eyes were melting. I think he feels disappointed, scared, angry, sad, worried.

@ChapterChatNZ Because Jerry is old and really sick. Ross feels sad and worried, distraught. Worried he might die.

@ChapterChatNZ Jerry is an old man who goes to the treatment centre. The rug pulled out is like he got knocked over again with cancer coming back.

@ChapterChatNZ Because they don't get along very well. No, not unless he changed his attitude, stopped threatening me and stopped doing disgusting spitting into a jar.

@ChapterChatNZ Yes, I think he has it tough because he has cancer and the hair falling out on his crush's pizza! His best friend is moving away too. Frank's advice was good, focus on the positives.

@ChapterChatNZ Ross is going through a lot with radiation treatment and his hair falling out. His best friend is moving and they argued. I feel sorry for Ross and what he's going through. If I was Ross I'd be feeling scared, worried, humiliated and overwhelmed.

@ChapterChatNZ The consequence for Jimmy was to pay for the dry cleaning to clean the gum from Ms Bayer's skirt. They both got detention but they didn't have a teacher to take it. I think the Principal handled it well because he knew what Ross is going through.

@ChapterChatNZ Ross was angry because he thought Jimmy had made the meme's and Jimmy teased him about the guitar lessons. I would have walked away and told a teacher.
