A great afternoon meeting as the HWB Champs for our school. Our school, parent and mini champs were discussing our HWB vision and creating clear and exciting plans for our HWB journey ahead next session. @StNinianPS @WlhwbChamps

It's World Autism Acceptance Week. What a great day working in classes to deliver this important message and linking our school values to the theme. Great discussions using beautiful stories to help our children understand and support Autism awareness. @StNinianPS @WlhwbChamps

Let's explore emotions was the theme in P4/5 this morning. Thanks to Author's Live with Tom Percival we created fabulous expressions. We used our emotions Thesaurus to match the expression to a feeling. It was great fun. We finished the morning dancing! @StNinianPS @WlhwbChamps

A wonderful fact finding morning learning all about Monet as we have stopped off in France on our journey around the world. The children produced beautiful Monet creations using oil pastels and even painted using felt tips and water on tin foil. @StNinianPS

We finished the afternoon with everyone choosing a positive message for their peers.
"We are all unique and amazing and together we make a great team," was the main message.

Powerful discussion and vocabulary followed the story with words like resilience, courage and positivity as the key messages of the day. The children were fully engaged and all recognised qualities in each other following the story. @StNinianPS @WlhwbChamps
