This wreath-laying ceremony honored U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Maj. Henry Black, the seventh Sergeant Major of the Marine Corps. Sgt. Maj. Black served in active duty from 1948 - 1977.

People who live in the states though are already paying a sales tax and an income tax depending on the state you live in. In Ohio we pay both and property tax and SDIT.
