I have had a bit of a scary month dealing with a precancerous lesion. After two surgeries and some extensive exams, we believe all the precancerous cells are gone. The surgeon thinks I was a couple months shy of melanoma. All that to say: 🧵

Get established with a board certified dermatologist for a yearly exam. If you have questions or concerns, visit them sooner rather than later. I will be monitored closely for the rest of my life. I'm thankful that I know what to look for now.
