As I have said before my father is in prison for simply owing $190 for victim impact fees he's now been in prison for 14 years moderate inmate no disciplinary reports and continues to be set off one year at a time this is outrageous. This is a debtors prison he's in.

One of these guys is a Hollywood actor who shot a woman while filming a movie and is out of jail finishing the movie.

The other is a rancher who shot an illegal alien trespassing on his property and is being charged with 1st degree murder and held in jail on a $1 million bond.
