EC Advisory dated 21.03.2014;
“ e) The Returning Officer (RO) of the Constituency shall prepare a schedule for distribution of Photo Voter Slips by the BLOs. A copy of this schedule shall be given by the RO to the Political Parties, Booth Level Agents (BLAs) of all recognized political parties, if they have been appointed and contesting Candidates and their Agents, under acknowledgement.
f) The BLAs of political parties/ Candidates’ Agents may accompany the BLOs during the distribution work. When the BLA/ Candidates’ Agent accompanies the BLO for distribution, their signatures should also be obtained on the register, as a token of having seen the distribution process to genuine voters. Strict action should be taken against the BLO if a complaint is received and it is proved that he/ she did not share the schedule of distribution of Photo Voter Slips with BLAs or contesting candidates or their agents or did not allow them to accompany him/ her during the distribution work.”

The Photo Voter slips have not been distributed.

The page pramukhs of BJP have distributed Voter slips . All of them have reporter back to the party providing the list of voters who are not in the constituency right now .

Modus operandi is simple - bogus voting in the morning in place of all those who are not in the constituency . People from outside will be brought in to vote .

Thus reach 70- 80% voting to fulfil Amit Shah’s dream of winning with maximum lead across India .

Requesting media to be on the vigil since morning . Local people would tell you when they see outsiders .

Requesting all Election Watch groups to be on the guard .

Under the present regime opposition might not be able to stop this plan if the election commission does not take immediate steps to stop this plan but it must not go unreported nationally and internationally.

The whole world must know that in India’s Home Minister’s constituency first they got police and crime branch to intimidate all opposition , when the candidate - Sonal Patel - did not give in - they have come up with this new strategy of bogus voting.
