One of my 4th graders was inspired by an article we read in class about the war in Ukraine. She is now leading the way to organize a school-wide collection of blankets and stuffed animals for children displaced by war! So great to see her turning her ideas into actions!

This morning we learned about Hanukkah traditions on a virtual field trip! Students chose to do activities like exploring the city of Jerusalem, learning to make latkes, designing a menorah, and playing dreidel! @college_wood @CWEPTO
