“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved. He who believes in Him is not condemned; but he who does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that the light has come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.” (John 3:16-19)
It’s easy to ask “why?” in life.
But, when we release our demand for explanations and place our full trust in God, we open our hearts to a peace that carries us even when life feels uncertain.
Do not let the fear of man cause you to miss out on the blessings the Lord has promised you.
If I had allowed fear to overshadow my dependence on God, I would have missed out on the blessings of the Lord and His plan for my life.
An incredible moment for our country—Rededicate 250: a National Jubilee of Prayer, Praise, and Thanksgiving on the National Mall on May 17. Let’s fill it up! America needs prayer!

“We the People”
“We the People tell the government what to do. It doesn't tell us.
We the People are the driver. The government is the car. And we decide where it should go and by what route and how fast.”
“We are the ‘light of the world,’ and light exposes evil. We are the salt, and it adds flavor. If we are at peace with this world, it may be because we have sold out to it and compromised with it.” —Billy Graham
America was born in struggle and there is still a struggle today. We need to pray that our country will hear the truth of God's Word and turn to Him. The Bible is God’s Word from cover to cover—I don’t understand it all, but I believe it all. It is our roadmap for life. This week, the entire Bible is being read out loud in our nation's capital to prepare for the 250th anniversary of the founding of our country. It's called America Reads the Bible, and I've been asked to read the passage of the Good Samaritan. Pray for our nation. Pray that we will return to the God of the Bible.

“This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:5-9)
Chuck Norris was what cool looks like, and everybody knew it.
He was an American icon who loved our country and our Constitution. His voice will be missed.

Chuck Norris was an incredible athlete and a great American—and growing up, he was one of my heroes. Part of his Christian testimony was that he rededicated his life to Christ as a young adult at one of my father @BillyGraham’s Crusades. He will be greatly missed. Join me in praying for his family. https://t.co/pJLbEJ2VgB
PRESIDENT TRUMP quotes SAINT PATRICK: May the Power of God preserve us, the Wisdom of God instruct us, the Hand of God protect us, the Way of God direct us, the Shield of God defend us, and the Host of God guard us.

“If you want to be happy for an hour eat a steak if you want to be happy for a day go play golf. If you wanna be happy for a week go take a vacation, but if you wanna be happy for a lifetime, put your faith in Jesus Christ.”

"Only God knows the future and that we are to look to Him—not to the stars or the tea leaves or the lines on the palms of our hands—for our confidence in the future." —Billy Graham
