Today we have loved making herb potions! We explored;rosemary, coriander, parsley, thyme, sage, mint and lavender. We cut, sprinkled and crushed the different herbs adding them to our potions. It smelt beautiful in our classroom today! @HLC_Primary @MrsFletcher398 @MissJones12345

On Tuesday in Nursery, we mixed together water and sugar to make a syrup and soaked our elderflowers in it overnight. On Wednesday, we used a towel to sieve the elderflowers from the syrup, revealing our Nursery-made elderflower cordial @HLC_Primary @ChallinorMrs @MrsFletcher398
