This week we learned how to play the Trashcan Place Value game with a partner. We had so much fun using our place value skills.

Mathematicians completed their first 3-Act Task today to figure out how many whoppers were in a jar. Then we shared different strategies we used to solve. @MathematicsFcps

We are real debaters! Today students defended their arguments on a topic of their choice after weeks of planning and research using scholarly articles. Way to go, 3rd graders!
