2/2 @Delta agents at the gate (NOT flight attendants) were rude, one even rolled her eyes at us, no one called us to the desk to explain & offer alternatives before boarding. We were told to sit in main cabin or fly the next day (no Premium seats either, no compensation).

1/2 - Once again, @Delta ruining passenger's trips with ZERO accountability. 8 hr flight JFK-ZRH, paid for Premium Select seats (have a back condition), last minute aircraft change, we were not informed and are now in row 40. This is disgraceful.
