My brain’s not doing well today, at all-am trying to fend off panic attacks, can hardly move due to hardcore freeze response, almost impossible to focus my thoughts.
Sending love if you’ve been through lots of grim stuff too and also struggle with your mental health x
I know asking for RTs is wincey & a bit tragic, but the algorithm here isn't so kind without a blue tick. If you think your followers might like a few moments breathing out & resting their brains a little as they scroll, maybe RT my photo above?
It will honestly help me loads 🌿
The season' has shifted slightly-might go and look for baby acorns later to cast in silver.
As ever I made this photo when my brain was really tangled & sad,to distract myself & lift my mood.
Taking a moment to focus on the patterns, details & colours will lift yours a little too:
Just heard the Home Secretary stand up in Parliament and declare that "the British people support the Rwanda plan".
I'm sick of these guys telling me what I support.
I do not support the "Rwanda plan".
If you don't either, please retweet.
Recently I’ve made a sort of living photo of spring flowers on my garden steps to help my brain through very dark times. Voles live under the steps & pop up when I put seeds out & a wren visits every day. There’s also a small owl. Hopefully this photo will lift your mood too x🌿
