Students created “Smore” webpages to publish their informational writing. They even embedded Google Forms to allow peers to give meaningful feedback!!!
It’s been one year since the tragic loss of Miranda Vargas and Jennifer Williamson Kennedy in a school bus accident on Rte 80. Since then, we’ve passed laws to enhance school bus safety, and will continue to do everything we can to prevent these tragedies.
Students got to experience what it was like to be “forced out” of their seats by others who were told to do so, just like how the the U.S. government ordered the soldiers to force the Native Americans out of the land during Westward Expansion. These were some responses heard!
