This week in first grade extended day: Students worked with partners in centers decoding cvc word puzzles, sorting pictures by rhyme, and mapping out and spelling cvc words. Way to go Wildcats! #wegienkawildcat

First graders worked on automaticity and accuracy. These were some challenge words with double blends and they did great. Mapping the words gave them the support they needed to be successful! 💜#wegienkawildcat

First graders works# on beginning blend skills by decoding words and making a fun spring craft. Also, 2nd graders solidify their final blend skills by reading and unscrambling sentences with blends. #wegienkawildcat
