Why do I have to have a log in to be able to order through your app? Everyone else has the option to do so as a guest for when you’re in a hurry and don’t want to go through password resets, etc.. please remove the requirement. Apps are for convenience.. @raisingcanes

@UPS Not very happy. I created a UPS my choice acct to manage my package that is to be delivered to the wrong address on Monday. Your cust. Svc. Tells me I need to upgrade to for an additl $7.97 for this service. Your website doesn’t work to allow this. The worst experience!!
