@IKEAUSA@IKEAUSAHelp spoke again to a real person at the delivery company. They gave me a 12-4 window and said my futon is scheduled to be delivered. @IKEAUSAHelp ‘s DM is saying my 1st automated call was an error. Ikea is train wreck.
@IKEAUSA@IKEAUSAHelp so the delivery company calls and tells me my futon is being delivered. I call back and talk to a real live person to confirm. Then I get a phone call saying my window is 12-4. Ikea tells me through Twitter it is wrong. Won’t call me.
@IKEAUSA@IKEAUSAHelp has AWFUL customer service. You are unable to contact anyone by phone. I had a delivery for tomorrow- no contact with them. I contacted them@through Twitter and they said it was not arriving? Were they even going to call me?
