Class of 23! SO proud. Their faces when they ran for hugs, talked about my class from 8th, said to parents “this was the teacher I told u about!!” & told me future plans. It’s such an amazing job to love someone’s kids. Like I always said: be amazing, make good choices & I love u
That feeling when u get a msg from a former student that they’ve been accepted to their goal school! & u were one of the 1st people they wanted to tell. 😍💙 This. Knowing he knows exactly how much my Ss mean to me & how I’ll always continue to support them long after they leave.
“Every child deserves a champion, an adult who will never give up on them. Is this job tough? You betcha. But it is not impossible. We’re educators. We’re born to make a difference.” https://t.co/2SzmARLRHV
Last week’s Teacher Appreciation Week was great, but it’s these notes that make it amazing. If these kids keep doing this to me, they’re going to ruin my rep and discover I’m really just a big softie. I love their faces. #BetterTogether#PositivelyPWCS
There is forever a hole in our hearts & lives where Avery should be. Time keeps moving on & I stand still until I can be w her again. 1 day closer to you, my bug. 1 day closer to spending eternity w you in my arms to make up for my Earthly lifetime without you. 💙#brAvery
Today, April 7, 2023, marks 8 years without our daughter Avery. All these years later and I still don’t know how to live my whole life without Avery in it. I ask that you please participate in #averysactofkindness2023 for the month of April in honor and memory of Avery. (Next)
I would choose this lifetime of heartache & grief every time if it meant that Avery was mine. My proudest, most amazing accomplishment will always be being her momma. But, I miss my daughter. Her light, her smile, her love, her strength, her spirit...
Please share this post/photo & encourage your friends, families, coworkers, kids, students, neighbors, sports teams, etc. to participate. The links are clickable. No act of kindness is ever too small or inconsequential! Thank you for continuing to love, honor & remember our girl.
