@marksandspencer Can I just send a massive commendation to the lady in your Llanishen store tonight who was manning the orders to collect. We realised when she was checking me in that I'd booked the wrong store and had spent 2 hours queueing only to not have my order there. 1/2
@nextofficial I have a missing item that was dispatched on 14/12, was due for delivery by 18/12, we are now on 21/12 and there is no sign. I cannot get through on your phone line and you have ignored my DM. Please tell me how I complain because this is not acceptable.
