@Iberia @Iberia unfortunately, sorry doesn’t magically find the 30 carry on bags you forced me and others to gate check and then proceeded to leave in Madrid. I’m out over $2000 with pretty much no hope of getting my bag back when the overhead bins inside the plane were empty🤷🏼‍♀️

So apparently, when @Iberia Airlines leaves 30+ FORCED checked carry on bags at the departure airport (Madrid) and doesn’t deliver them to the destination (LAX), they like to push blame onto other airlines who never had, or were supposed to have custody of, said baggage!

@Iberia My bag was only checked through to LAX, so @Iberia is the ONLY airline who ever had custody of my bag. It was never supposed to be, and never was placed in the hands of Alaska. Your gate agent in Madrid forced me to gate check my carry on, and someone there needs to go find it.

And yes, @Iberia, I did receive your response email basically absolving yourself of any responsibility for my missing luggage. You don’t have to keep sending me DMs to check my email.
