@MsHarrisonJ@GSUEdLead R4: I agree! Breakout rooms are very beneficial now since we can't see each other face to face. We need a way to collaborate and connect personally. This helps. #GSUEdLead
@GSUEdLead A4: Allowing staff the opportunity to discuss the information being presented is an important piece. Meetings should be as interactive as possible to ensure effectiveness. #GSUEdLead
@jaray_mazique@GSUEdLead A3: I think check-ins at the beginning of a meeting are essential. Especially now. Mental health is something that I believe is important, but an afterthought of our leaders. #GSUEdLead
@GSUEdLead A3: The servant-giver mindset is my choice. It is important to consider the needs and considerations of others. As a leader, you should always make sure that you adequately meet the needs of your staff. #GSUEdLead

@GSUEdLead A2: The use implementation of professional development being available via Nearpod is genius. This allows teachers the flexibility to participate in it at a time that is most convenient for them, as opposed to having to conform to a scheduled time. #GSUEdLead

@CarlAar03981684@GSUEdLead R4: I totally agree with the idea of distributing the agenda prior to the meeting. This gives the staff an opportunity to prepare specific questions pertaining to the topics of discussion.
@GSUEdLead A4: Creating a "parking lot" for ideas to be shared is always a great asset. This is a technique that works in the classroom to ease anxiety and pressure. It works for adults as well. #GSUEdLead
@GSUEdLead A3: In face-to-face meetings, I usually make it a point to sit where I can easily see the speaker and where I can easily be seen if I need to address the room. For sitting would make to sitting meetings would make sure the meeting space can accommodate the staff. #GSUEdLead
@AmandaGaSU@BinduMathMindst@GSUEdLead R1: Hakuna Matata is the personal motto I chose for this school year! So important to remember to let the small stuff roll off of your back. #GSUEdLead
@GSUEdLead A2: I would use music over activities and games because most people are drained and just want to get to the point. As for music choice, something upbeat and fun. #GSUEdLead
