The 'atmosphere' for teachers is obv going to change under Labour when it comes to student behaviour.

I think there will be much more pressure to keep students in classrooms/schools regardless of the behaviour they exhibit. The needs of each individual student will become thee most prominent thing. 'Inclusive practice' will translate into responsibility/accountability for students behaviour being shifted onto teachers/schools even more than it already is. Too many rules? not inclusive. Teachers using sanctions? not inclusive. Students disengaged? Teachers boring. Activism will increase, parent power will expand. What all this means for the ordinary classroom teacher operating in mainstream schools without strong leaders to push back? I worry. https://t.co/PJLccAe1OU
