Hi @Vitality_UK I linked my waitrose card and the cashback tracking/ payment worked fine in December. But January is still at £0 still despite qualifying for 20% cashback. I've done 3 full shops and there was definitely plenty of healthy food! Why isn't it pulling into the app?

@laura_upson@cherylcalverley@EveSleep Me too. Half order delivered and then 5 no shows. Ended up buying elsewhere so i didn't have to keep sleeping on the floor. Only got my money back thanks to my credit card company. And the bits they did deliver will end up in landfill as Eve are incapable of organising a return.
