Hey @Impark I was at a location offering 2 free hours with purchase. I have my café receipt, but with young kids & distractions, I missed the QR code & didn’t register my plate.
Result? $98 bill.
Called for help & met with sarcasm & $7 “reduction.”
Where’s the human judgement?

@Impark I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for reasonable customer service. I can prove I was a paying customer at the café and was entitled to the free parking. Surely there’s room for human judgement when someone makes an honest mistake.

@JonnyRoot_ I ran the LA Marathon & it’s shocking how many spectators got in the way. They completely blocked the course with no regard for the athletes. Bikes & strollers cutting across the street, laughing & expecting runners to stop for them. Such a lack of respect for participants.
