This year, I put into action the Advent Classroom Challenge at St. Bonaventure that I created 2 years ago in my Religion Specialist course. Each classroom has chosen a charitable activity to deepen their faith and give of their time to help others.

Our Safe School Team made up of 14 students from Grades 5 to 8 created Worry Jars for each classroom. Students can communicate with their classroom teacher about their concerns or worries. The FDK students will use emoji faces to show their feelings.
