@united this is my first time flying intl w/ you. Never again. The flight is 1+hrs late, gate crew was SO rude, all 3 of them.I'm solo parenting w/ 3 small kids and the gate agent is yelling at me telling me I need to hurry up w/ the visas or he's closing the gate on me
