Special project today, part of my year-end gift to my students. Using donated fabric from a parent I made the basic pocket for our eye pillows and then we filled them with dried lentils and the students sewed them closed! Eye pillows can be used for restorative yoga poses 🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️
