@mradamwelcome I would 1) ask for teacher input, listen, & apply their suggestions; 2) try to remember what it was like when I was in the classroom & empathize with how much pressure teachers are under; 3) remove an expectation before I add on another requirement; 4) NOT HAVE HYBRID TEACHING.

Not sharing Manipulatives this year? Last year I made these mini Base Ten Manipulatives to use in small group & for students to have their own baggie in their desk. You can find a sheet at Hobby lobby for $0.69! I’m so glad I have these to use this year!
