Since Bev brought this issue publicly to X and falsely claimed I would not answer her, I am posting my Facebook response here as well.

I did respond. I responded publicly when she commented to me, and I responded privately after she messaged me. The problem is that her public comments were deleted, removing the context, and my private response has still not been read.

I had no intention of making any of this public. But once someone publicly accuses me of refusing to answer and suggests I am running a smear campaign, I have every right to correct the record.

This is not about drama. This is about truth, accuracy, and accountability — things every advocacy organization should care about.

I said this yesterday... This is a sad day. Not only because Trump got shot, which is disgusting behavior for a disagreement in politics, but that in their anger for Trump, they cared not for fellow humans in the crowd, which ended lives. If you truly are American, you can only condemn this action. My sincerest condolences to the victims of someone else's hate that ended your life. In no common sense is this ok!!
