What a year it has been! I can’t believe how quickly the time has passed and my final day at Danestone has come to an end. Thank you again to all of the staff, children and parents for your kind wishes, gifts and cards. Have a wonderful, well deserved summer holiday! @DanestoneP

P4 absolutely loved creating their own puppets and mini puppet shows today. They were able to create a small scene about a conflict between friends and how it was resolved. @DanestoneP
As part of our context this term we are exploring materials. Today we conducted an experiment to find out which material would keep a spider dry. We made predictions and recorded our results. @DanestoneP
Today as part of our learning from the schools World of Work week we listened to videos about parents jobs. We had a super discussion about different types of engineering jobs and jobs which involved working with nature. #WOWWeekDanestone#DYW@DanestoneP

Today the children took part in a guided mediation as we are exploring Buddhism. We spoke about how the mediation made us feel - calm, relaxed, sleepy, happy and content. @DanestoneP

This week as part of our outdoor learning the children created a clock with a talking partner. The children were able to create different times and discuss their learning. @DanestoneP
