@dbjr99 @rwesthead Howden is being a difficult witness. The Crown was initially trying to get him to confirm statements he gave during the Hockey Canada investigation, but he keeps saying that he doesn't remember, even when being presented with what he said, so the Crown has turned to these texts.

@Teachers__Unite My daughter was being sexually harassed in her Grade 6 classroom and I was told the perpetrator had a right to an education. I was a strong advocate for my daughter and he now has a right to an education at another school, but so many parents don't know what is going on.

Inexperienced teachers will be in schools with the most needs. That serves no one well.

@Teachers__Unite There are many ways to put bandaids on this problem, but ultimately we need parents to step up to the plate. We are not talking about a few kids with unique needs who need support. There are widespread behavioural issues that are stemming from a lack of engagement with adults.
