Booked a family trip at the end of Feb - purchased travel insurance through Manulife (PremiumPP)...submitted claim for reimbursement, was rejected 3 mths later, submitted appeal June 29th...still waiting. @ActiveCareMGMT and @Manulife time to do the right thing.
