@juliaedenhill I think I need to slow the process down. I know what the end goal is - I need to allow more time for students to work the process/steps, rather than emphasizing on the end product #WoCoMentorMe

@juliaedenhill I try to be honest with my students and tell them when I’ve messed something up. I think showing them that I make mistakes or have failures, but that I have to keep going or try again, makes the process real. If we’re not growing, we’re not learning #WoCoMentorMe

@juliaedenhill I teach remedial English classes and for many of my students their years of struggle and failure have caused them to think they’re a lost cause. I’m still working on breaking this barrier faster so that I have more time to work with students to reach new goals #WocoMentorMe

@Gallo_wths @juliaedenhill It’s really difficult when you have multiple, or new, preps. Just remember that it’ll be easier the second time. I’ve found having set, but flexible, routines are helpful. #WocoMentorMe
