@iamjoshboffin @KwikFitCS Once told me I needed new wishbones (costing more than £600 at the time), took my car elsewhere and was told I had a bubble in my tyre and a new one (£24 in 2002) fixed the issue. My father in law also had a similar experience with Kwikfit. Never ever used them since. Thieves!

@koalaluce I lost my Mum 25 years ago, and it still makes me cry now. I literally couldn’t speak her name for 18 months after she died without crying. 4 months is nothing, it’s the start of the journey…..

The council are presumably quids in, seeing as they aren’t paying wages to the striking workers, who by the sounds of things have every reason to be withdrawing their labour.
