Oh my goodness- #TransformationTuesday! I did sticker chart today since it was the last day before Thanksgiving break. I gave out probably 100+ stickers to students who passed off pieces in class. The left of each picture is from Oct. 2019. Way to go instrumental scholars!

I taught one of these awesome students my first year! She was a second year player. I’ll never forget how she made number one on the waitlist but she emailed me saying how she got in that fall! Great student, absolutely adored teaching her (and she taught me a lot, too!).

This year, I have students who love sticker chart. I’m unlocking items for a scholar on GC who is already at Oct/Nov of her instrument’s second year pacing guide. She has been playing for <4 months, asking me her first day of school if she could join.
I love inspiring students.
