I was literally in the Winco in Richland, WA, when a mom and dad and their 2 kids were walking past. The kids began to shout "Let's go Brandon!!" really loud. Parents did nothing to stop them. Kept on for like 5+ minutes. Someone call CPS. #IncompetentParents #HatefulParenting101
