#HDSB is excited to announce that we will once again host the Human Rights Symposium from Dec. 8-9. The event will focus on Environmental Rights as we explore the interconnectedness of globalization, environment, human rights & our collective responsibility to protect our planet.
Nov. 8 is National Indigenous Veterans Day. This is a day of remembrance and commemoration of the contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis veterans and those who continue to serve. The #HDSB honours and recognizes these many contributions. @HDSBIndigenous

Tomorrow is the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. We encourage all to continue reading and learning about the history and legacy of residential schools and colonialism. Indigenous voices and stories have the power to heal and inspire us. #NDTR
