Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport my husband called and cancelled his contract on 11/11/23. He called 2x since to make sure it was. Today called for final bill and was told it had never been cancelled! Complaints said it is now cancelled but have no confirmation. Pls get in touch.

@akerzdcfc @passportwaiting Has your passport been approved and printed? I had to ring tnt and had to prove I was flying that day. It was already at my local depot so they said I could collect.
