Looking forward to using my technology integration lesson plan when we get to informational writing! I’ve learned a lot about students using technology to enhance their learning. #sbuitl5633
21st century learning: collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and communication. These are essentials skills to thrive in today’s world. #sbuitl5633
Very cool when your former writing teacher catches you teaching writing! I’m sure I’ll see one of these young writers doing something BIG one day. Thanks for stopping by, @ealove21! #bigfuturesstarthere#bpstogether
Devices (chromebooks, iPads, etc) have seemed scary to use with my K students because of how many difficulties there could be. In reality, the kids probably know the devices better than I do! #sbuITL5633#LeadingLearning
I’m helping prepare my kindergarten students for jobs that don’t even exist yet! Makes it even more important to model/teach adaptability and flexible thinking. Who knows what they could do one day? 🤷🏼♀️👩🏻🔬👩🏾🎓👨🏼🏭👨🏽💻#sbuITL5633
A3: I remember using palm pilots as a student and I think those are nonexistent now. I’m only in my 3rd year of teaching so there hasn’t really been anything that hasn’t lasted in that time. #edtechchat#edu5213SBU
A6: if you can only splurge on one thing this summer it should be self care! Get your nails done, take a day off social media, grab your favorite book and reread it, whatever it may be. Do something that will help you rest and relax. #edtechchat#edu5213SBU
A5: Amazon! And as creepy as it is, it’s very helpful that my phone seems to know everything I’m interested in and conveniently sends coupons and deals my way. #edtechchat#edu5213SBU
