3rd grade poets participated in a poetry slam on Zoom! This platform made presenting in front of 90 more comfortable & accessible for all students since it eliminated the stage fright & empowered more students to present @golemes_utter @SassettiGrade3 #oakpark97 #longfellowbears

We start each day with a 15 min “soft start” where students can take their time to get settled in, chat, do puzzles, build, read, color, etc. It helps us start each day in a calm, positive way and strengthens our class community! #oakpark97 #longfellowbears #D97joy

Working in a small group during Math W.I.N. time and we were all surprised to see that we solved the SAME problem in 4 different ways! #oakpark97 #longfellowbears #WeAreD97
