@DaI10204085@boohoo_cshelp It’s incredibly frustrating they’ve responded and there’s been a back and forth since yesterday morning but it’s like talking to a brick wall to be fair.
Didn’t realise what hassle it is buying from @boohoo. Order returned from late October and no refund despite several emails to @boohoo_cshelp i shall think twice before buying in future.
